Pokemon Fire Ash is a fan-made Pokémon game. You can either shell out a buck and become a Patreon to get access to this and newer (fixed) versions faster or wait for public release. Note: Joiplay has released a post explaining how to fix bugs and use workarounds for common bugs on his Patreon.

It’s already a huge boon for fans who have been clamoring to play them on mobile for years. Pokemon Fire Ash, Insurgence, and Pokemon Reborn (IMHO the best fan games) are among the games I’ve tested, and they work with some workarounds and few glitches. Joiplay enables you to play all of the brilliant Pokémon fan-made games that are only available on PC (so it functions similarly to an emulator in that regard).
